Terms and conditions for the use of SpindlCard

  • The recipient will be given a SpindlCard card after paying the required amount and completing the required application at the office of the company or its representatives.

  • Registration information on the application form is at the discretion of applicants.

  • Registration data is used only for the purposes of identification and communication in resolving any complaints or difficulties using SpindlCard. Client – the provider of personal data can apply in writing for the cancellation of any registered data held on SpindlCard. If such a request is made, all data is deleted from records of SpindlCard.

  • The card is valid for a 4-member family of 2 adults and 2 children, maximum up to 4 adults.

  • The card is not transferable.

  • Included with the SpindlCard is an informational leaflet.

  • If the signature provided when purchasing services does not match the signature on the SpindlCard, the card will be withheld and cancelled, and all benefits will be surrendered.

  • The SpindlCard cardholder must present this card before ordering service. If not, staff will not apply the SpindlCard discount.

  • Other discounts cannot be combined with SpindlCard. The discount does not apply to sale items or those already offering a discount.

  • SpindlCard Project is not responsible for changes made by individual operators and businesses (e.g. prices, menus, opening hours, etc.) These are the sole responsibility of the individual operators. Please check in advance with operator.

  • Participation in all sporting activities is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. SpindlCard Project bears no responsibility for any injury, accident or such events. The SpindlCard card does not include any insurance.

  • The card is valid for a limited time only; its validity is not affected by the date of registration.

  • Subject to printing errors.

  • In case of theft or loss – the card holder must inform SpindlCard Project immediately they realise the card is lost or stolen, so it can be cancelled. If satisfied, SpindlCard will issue the client with a new card.

  • By purchasing and using SpindlCard, the cardholder agrees to the terms and conditions. There is no refund entitlement and no right to future refunds.
